We specialize in creating homes that model after the rich, luxurious, western aristocratic homes previously only seen in movies.
Our focus is to provide our customers with ultra luxurious homes that offer unique and individual layouts, abundant natural light, mezzanine levels, galleries, bridges, atriums and sometimes, roof terraces.
Haven Homes is owned by a group of Nigerians who are based in the United Kingdom and have acquired over 15 years experience in the UK property Industry. The need has therefore been identified to build homes in Nigeria with ultra perfect finishes and regal fittings and combine this with chart topping Customer Service that can only provide a truly unique and comfortable haven for our customers.

Our target customers would usually be Nigerians resident in Nigeria or Nigerians resident abroad but who desire to have a very comfortable accommodation back in Nigeria. Companies who desire to provide executive homes for expatriates or directors resident in Nigeria would also find our unique concepts highly desirable.
A number of people in these categories do wish to invest in the Nigerian Real Estate market to provide decent accommodation for their families but have had their ‘fingers burnt’ by horrifying experiences such as price fluctuations, land tussles, unreliable developers, deceptions etc. Many more just do not know how and where to start or the terms and conditions were just unaffordable.
We at Haven Homes seek to provide solutions to these problems by acquiring land with verifiable titles in choice locations.
