Our Intelligent Lighting control allows you to control the entire lighting of your living spaces at the touch of one button, either on the wall switch or using the remote control. Different lights can be programmed to different buttons and at the press of a button, a set of lights could be switched on, another set switched off and another set dimmed at the same time to set the perfect scene and create the right ambience for any occasion. Whether it’s for watching a movie, a cosy family dinner, a business party or just unwinding after a hard day’s work, the lights rise up to the occasion at a touch of one button.
Up to six different lighting combinations could be set for any particular living space, i.e. living/dining room, bedroom, kitchen or even walkways.

Our i-Homes Audio and Video distribution allows you the listen to your favourite music and or view your favourite satellite station or movie anywhere in your home. Another family member could also be watching or listening to something else in a different room at the same time. No wires are seen, neither would the decoder or players be seen anywhere, just the TV and the ceiling-blended speakers.
Every room is able to select from a combination of six different audio / video systems at the same time just by the touch of a button

With cameras placed anywhere in your compound, you can select to view any camera from anywhere within your home. The cameras can also see in the dark and you are guaranteed 24 hour protection indoors or outside.
Whatever is captured by the cameras can also be recorded with a time stamp, so whether you’re in or not, you’re not kept in the dark by activities inside and outside your home.

An integrated PABX system is included in our i-Homes and this connects to telephones throughout the entire home. The gatehouse and boys’ quarters are also connected so you can be easily connected to any service within the compound.
Incoming external calls can also be transferred across various extensions within the home.
