| Haven Homes is in discussions with various leading mortgage institutions on behalf of intending customers. Mortgages for any of the homes are available for up to 70% of house type value purchased. The customer is responsible for the payment of the balance 30% and all associated fees on or before the project completion date.
Mortgage loans are available for tenors of up to 15 years and at attractive rates which depend on the status of the individual customer.
Special mortgage products are also available for Nigerians who are currently non resident in Nigeria.
